Before We Arrive
Deposit
- Your $30 is non refundable but is transferable in the event of a reschedule if given minimum 24 hours notice
- Same day cancellations/no shows forfeit your deposit, even if you reschedule
Vehicle Prep
- We will not touch personal items or move car seats for safety reasons. Please remove those items before we arrive
- If you will not be home at the time of your appointment, please communicate access instructions
- If we have to wait longer than 10 minutes for you to make your vehicle ready for us, you may be charged for lost time
Pre Service Inspection
- Additional fees may apply if your vehicles condition is outside of standard due to excessive messes
- We will confirm all details and pricing with you on site to make sure we have the best service for you
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the end of service in full
- If anything seems off after the job, please let us know, and we will make it right for you!
Photos & Media
- We often take before & after images for our portfolio, please let us know if you wish to not have media taken of your car
- We always leave out license plates, home addresses, and other personal information from all media
